T20 Big Bash League Cards

After no trading cards since Select walked away 2 years ago we finally have a new Cricket card release with the 2012-13 T20 Big Bash Cricket Trading cards. These have been produced by SE Products (who you may remember made the captains signature set from last summer).

It is a limited release with only 1600 boxes to be made and should sell pretty quick and they are  available exclusively from JHL marketing. 

The product is structured as follows:

Australian Team Rep cards (1:4 Packs)

Stars Signatures (300 of each) inserted 1:24 Packs

Shane Watson (contains a swatch of a match worn shirt).

Not the prettiest card design I have ever seen however im not going to hold that against them. There is a good mix of signatures and the Shane Watson card should prove popular. I think its misses a insert in between 1:4 and 1:24 but I don’t think that harms things.

Packets will be $4 rrp. Boxes are popping up on ebay for ~$137 and cases (16 boxes) for ~$2,200. They are expected to be out on the 7^thof December. Not a cheap one however given its limited nature and the quality of signers I think its justified.
