5 of the best - Nathan Hindmarsh

With Hindy set for his last game this weekend I thought it would be an opportune time to look through 5 of his best trading cards over his career.

2003XL Club Player of the Year

The 2003XL is probably my favourite Select release ever. The overall design of this card is amazing. I love the picture used with Hindy having the hand out ready to palm off defenders.

2010 Smiths Tazo Swapz

While a Tazo is not a trading card im still going to add this one in. From the 2010 NRL Swapz series I really enjoy the photography in this one. Im a big fan of a picture that takes in the background and gives you a feel of everything going on in the background.

2005 Tradition Club Heroes

Probably the highlight of a pretty poor release was the club heroes insert set. Once again the design of these stands out for me and while the picture does not dominate on this card it certainly is another great picture.

2012 Dynasty Black League Leader

From the last Select release this is one of the most limited Hindmarsh cards made with a print run of only 50. Maybe being such a recent release im a little biased but I really like the design of the card.

 2003 Scanlens Retro

Released in 2007 (work that out) and based on the original 1963 Scanlens design the simplicity of this card is what draws me to it (also the fact that im a sucker for anything Scanlens). With only 60 ever released and only a handful of sets ever split up there will be a few parra fans still chasing this.
